- Reserving online and picking up a vehicle is easy. I was able to make some last minute adjustments at the help desk with no problems. Drop off was easy and straightforward.

Manager was not friendly whatsoever and just overall rude…I get that life is hard but don’t take it out on others, we all live hard lives….In essence, I had to cancel my reservation because some people simply can’t read

Things I liked about U-haul was the Great price. Cleanliness of vehicle. Ease of rental.

The inside of the truck was disgusting. Food and a sticky substance on seats and floorboards.
