'Alexander G.' is a rare example of phenominal customer service. He is professional, polite, and thorough. Not only did he manage a long (and complicated) customer queue with ease, he exudes professionalism throughout. The vehicle was clean and well maintained, yes. But it was Alexander that makes the difference for me to be a returning customer. I sincerely hope that he continues to demonstrate excellence in everything that he does for Uhaul. We will definitely be returning again.

The truck overheated and the AC went out while traveling from Tucson to Yuma at 3PM. The temperature was 109 that day. I had to drive 40 min to get to the nearest service station.The U-Haul attendant at the 1402 S 3rd Ave   Yuma, AZ 85364 location was very rude and more concerned with the delay in the return of the vehicle than with assisting me. I called Road assistance and they did arrive 2 hours later and they were very helpful. The U-Haul attendant went on to called the Yuma police department to report a stolen vehicle. The police Yuma police department called me and I explained the situation and they took no further action. Overall it was a terrible experience made worse by the attendants attitude and anger. This attendant is not only not good for business, but he is dangerous
