Chance went above and beyond in customer service 10/10

Gotten 2 uhauls, first experience was honestly the best. This past time was absolutely awful. We get there and our truck wasn’t ready the lady inside pointed us to go to where the truck should be. We get there and there’s a person sitting in the U-Haul. Me and my gf didn’t say nothing or ask anything because she wasn’t in uniform and or had anything on that represented U-Haul. So we go back inside and ask to verify that’s it her and she said it was. As we were heading back out we overheard her on the phone bad mouthing us. Calling us stupid for not asking her anything. We still walked up to her and asked her if that was our U-Haul. She rolls her eyes at us and says yes. Gets out drops her AirPods she had in and slammed the door. Just very rude and disrespectful.

Super friendly staff, fast and easy service!!

Prefer to come to this location as equipment is generally in better condition. Last visit they were well staffed and helpful.
