Good service, very friendly folks.

What ever the man checking in trailers and uhauls today the old man needs some major customer service skills because he is horrid!!! Everyone inside was awesome and sad they all know and have to deal with the grumpy man!!

Great experience as usual. I have always used Uhaul for moving, but this time I decided to try a different company (Penske). Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Bottom line, I was unable to leave with a truck that I reserved 1 week in advance and was left with movers at my house waiting for me to arrive with a truck. It took me going the next morning to Uhaul and getting a truck right away. The service and experience was flawless and the end was cheaper than Penske. Thank you Uhaul for coming through. I will not use anyone else in the future. Lesson learned.
