U-Haul Moving & Storage of Orchard Park Rd

Hire more people to run your Orchard Park store. I waited on line for one worker who spent well over 15 minutes with a person who was looking for a return I was told. There were three people behind me all growing impatient. I was then told that there was a problem with my account which was another mistake by U haul and finally I was called by this store a day after I returned the trailer asking me when I was returning the trailer???? I left it 5 hours after I picked it up in the exact spot I took it from. I guess it was easier for Johnny Bravo to call me than it was to look over his shoulder to see that the trailer was there... No I will not go back to this location.

Quick easy very good experience

Overall I had a good experience. I reserved a truck and they helped me find it. Only thing is I reserved a 10’ but got upgraded to a 28’ at the same price. Usually that would be good but I was moving back to Ky. And that killed me on gas.

But it’s still one of the best uhaul place I’ve been to.

The truck was clean. The Uhaul app to pickup/drop-off truck was pretty easy to use. I don't know if that saved me any time but it was convenient for off hour pickup/drop-off.

There was some trouble securing a truck from my go to U Haul, but the team in Orchard Park were helpful in securing a good truck with excellent service.
