Ken was terrific! I had to change my reservation unexpectedly and Ken was able to help me very quickly with that and I was on the road within minutes. Drop off was quick and easy as well!

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. Lots of confusion, missing & broken fasteners, and the rear bumper cover was barely fastened, they forgot to put the exhaust system back on the hanger. It took 3 trips back to replace broken & missing fasteners etc. They offered us (1) months of free storage for all inconveniences. ?

So disappointed and told family & friends to go elsewhere. ?

Ken is a very polite person. His customers comes first. Ken goes over and beyond his responsibilities. He has a good crew working for him.

Everyone at the haul in oshkosh was very helpful. I was there checking things out to see about renting a unit.ken,delores,Jess were there ready to help with anything.The storage units were clean.
