Went for a hitch install. The first trip took 2 hours to find out they ordered the wrong hitch. The second trip was 3 hours, and work was completed. Got home and took a look.. I counted 10 clips missing and 1 bolt, misaligned trim and gaps, and this is just what is visible. One underbody panel had nothing holding it on. It was just wedged in. I had to remove more plastic around the hitch for the panels to align better and use my own spare panel clips from a different car to get things secure. There is still one spot where things are not in place in my trunk. I should have bought the hitch and done the installation myself. I am concerned about the quality of work underneath the bumper cover if what is visible is so sloppy.
Their uhaul email survey is hilarious.. it asks what you liked about the install, then it auto copies and pastes that into a google review to submit. Then it never asks what issues I had.. survey complete. How can they improve by only asking what went well?

When picking up the uhaul, the time for return was not confirmed. We booked it with an estimated return time of 4pm online. At 1:30pm, about three and a half hours into our use of the truck, we received a call from uhaul asking when we planned to bring the truck back with no explanation. We said it would be about two hours but it was returned within an hour of this phone call. When returning the truck, the man waiting on us took a call. He began loudly arguing with an associate from another location about another customer. This phone call last about 10 minutes. There were other customers in the store and we were all visibly uncomfortable. This conversation was extremely inappropriate for other customers to be hearing, as the man on the phone was yelling at the other associate and arguing about what he told a customer in relation to their rental. Overall, very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Definitely won't use this location in the future.

I Made a reservation for a 26’ truck for a 1 way move. Original reservation was on Thursday morning at 8am. I received a call on Tuesday saying I could get the truck at 3pm on Washington St and could have 2 extra days for no charge since they wouldn’t have that truck available on Thursday morning. I go to pick up the 26’ truck, they tell me there’s a mistake and they don’t have that truck, no big deal. I was told to go to Odlin rd. Wednesday at 12pm to pick up said truck. I get there, and the person who was supposed to return it at 7am still wasn’t back. It was 12:20pm at this point. They told me I could drive to Dover-Foxcroft to pick up a 26’ truck and I would have to pay for gas myself. Dover is 1 hour from my home, it wasn’t just down the street. The people behind the counter at Odlin Rd. Were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They weren’t accommodating in the LEAST. I decided to go back to the Washington St. Location and talk to the gentleman from the previous day and he was able to help us out. We rented a 15’ truck and 5x8 trailer and he offered to give us a discounted rate for our troubles. Do not waste your time going to Odlin Rd location. They’re rude, unprofessional, and simply just don’t care. 11/10 recommend Washington St. Location!
I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 will do I went to the u haul on Odlin rd I had a reserved time to get a truck I go inside and there’s not 1 person in there we waited there 15 minutes and then my husband had to go go outside to find them then this guy he seemed high out of his mind points us to the wrong truck by the time the whole fiasco was over we had wasted an hr of our limited time then we ended up being late bringing back the truck because of their mistake and they tried charging us for another day
