U-Haul Moving & Storage of Owings Mills

Very unhappy to see that the location manager charged my card for over $600 for not returning moving pads to him when I returned them before my cross country move. You should NEVER charge someone without a conversation first. I called the store to get this reversed and was told the manager would call me back. No call back ever happened. Not the way to do business. I will happily change this review if they decide to rectify the situation.

Jordan, the customer representative who was there to assist me with setting up my trailer and also unloading my trailer the next day was amazing! He provided greater customer assistance when go through all o the paperwork and then did a great job assisting me with my trailer. He went above and beyond!

Lots of hidden fees which they do not tell you about. Like after 6 pm drop off additional $20. Yet, they give you to 8pm to return. Then they charge a rental fee for renting. When you get your invoice, you are going to be very surprised with extra fees. Deceptive!

The truck was ready when I arrived, it was clean and most of all the staff were extremely nice and professional!

Costumer service was very excellent keep up the good work god bless you all at U-Haul
