Matt , Kyle and Rashawn are an incredible team who always take extra steps to make customers feel appreciated and respected. This is the best location in the United States. I have rented all over the country, there are no better employees of U- Haul than these fellas.

This place is the literal worst. My husband got a trailer that broke down after an hour. The company claimed it was overweight but refused to disclose the weight and the mechanic that looked at it said that wasn't it. Then when we tried to call for a pickup it took 8 HOURS to get picked up. The company was supposed to pay for the movers to transfer our stuff from the broken trailer to the new one but because they said it was overweight they said it was our fault, again refusing to say how much the weight actually was. So now my friends have to come help us move stuff into the new trailers. In addition, the lady on the phone said 'I have only 20 minutes left of my shift so you can either do it my way or we can leave you alone'. Literally threatening to strand us. Uncouth and unprofessional. Bad equipment for rent, bad service and bad communication across the board. Everytime I was transfered to a new person I had to give our location again and explain the situation again. 0 stars if that was allowed by Google reviews.
