U-Haul Moving & Storage of Paducah

I personally went into the store a week before my move and made a reservation to pick up my truck on 7/26. On July 25th I received a text telling me my truck is not available and I have to go to another city an hour from me to pick up my truck. What is the point of making a reservation if they just change it on you at their convenience? This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I am stuck in a complete lurch because of U-Haul buyer. Beware reservations don't mean anything to these people. If I can give them a zero star I would.

I made my reservation online and received a confirmation email. I got no calls, texts, or emails indicating there were any issues. They failed to book my truck so now I'm stuck with no way to get around town because my ride went to work. No one is actually helping me. The people in store sent me to the help line and one person after the next on the customer service line just keeps saying they can't help me and passing me off to someone else before I can even ask why I was transferred to them in the first place. Everyone is shrugging their shoulders and saying it's my problem when I did everything on my end just fine. Wouldn't recommend unless you have a particular fondness for being stranded and ignored.

Completely disgusting inside the units. Unless you are going to store trash….there is no point. Forget about customer service as that concept is foreign.
