U-Haul Moving & Storage of Palm Bay

Should have been warned by other posts here, scheduled Hitch install 2 weeks before, date/time was changed as it approached with no warning, get in there morning guy who does installs says he 'cannot do overtime and is at limit for day' at 9am! Refunded money fine, but DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, OR EXPECT FAILURE FROM THEM.

Good luck getting your trailer hitch installed here, I’m sure the work they do is good if you can manage to get them to do it.

Better off going to an auto mechanic for install rather than these clowns.

Excellent customer service this is my 3 time at UHaul in Palm Bay rd and same service , and no wait time , I didn’t have a reservation. Kudos for the team
