We have rented a van from this location twice in the past 2 months. The first time, the check-out process took over 30 minutes because the front desk person had not been trained and the entire transaction had to be wiped out and started over by her manager. The second time, we had a reservation for 9am and arrived to find the store had not opened. About 10 minutes later, a man pulled into the parking lot and I asked him if he worked there. He responded, ' No, I stole this uhaul shirt.' I understand he was trying to be funny, but an apology to a customer for being late goes a long way. Would recommend driving 5 minutes down the road for another location.
