Very nice and clean facilty. The whole transaction was smooth and friendly. They even had my trailer staged when I got there. Will definitely use this facility for any rental needs.

Brand new, clean facility. Garage to pull cars in, massive elevator, several complimentary carts of different sizes.

There needs to be better and more lighting for those returning the vehicles after hours. The area is dark and in the middle of the woods.

U-Hauls app truly sucks, after trying to finalize the transaction on my phone and computer I received phone call from John. Smooth selling. I was able to secure the trailer and had a pleasant, successful day. Thank you John ?
