The young man who assisted us was very rude and short tempered, very unprofessional. The truck I received was dirty. I had to sweep it out before I could load my items into it. It also smelled like a cat had urinated in it. While booking the truck online, it said, I would be charged $21 upon picking up the truck. When it was time to check out the young man said that he had to charge my card $100 as a hold. He also said that he had to charge me for the miles I was driving. When I informed him that I I didn’t know how many miles I was going, he said he needed to know and inputed the miles beforehand. When I booked a truck online 2 weeks ago I wasn’t charged a hold fee and I didn’t have to tell how many miles I was going, not only that, at this location, you can only drop the truck back to their location, which puts extra miles on the truck,. I am so disappointed in this location.

They need to hire people or start turning people away. I can't just sit and wait. Bad business.
