They were super friendly and helpful. Even cut the lock of our hitched so we could change balls! Would definitely do business with them again

This location is excellent no complaints. This is probably my 5th storage unit rental in 10yrs at this location haven't gone to any other storage facility but this location. Place is very clean, never too hot & never too cold very comfortable experience here. Staff is professional & friendly. Never had a complaint. Only time I dislike it here is when I've fallen behind on storage rent inability to access belongings. Other than that ?

Big shoutout to the team at Park Hills. I did a military move to the area and used uboxes, which were stored in the facility for a couple months. I had trouble getting weight tickets from the NC facility and the team at Park Hills helped me quickly resolve the issue. Their customer service was easily reached and great to work with. Much thanks to the gentleman running the uboxes as well. He took extra effort to assist me and everything was done on time and with care.
