Everything was smooth and very easy. The facility is modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was great after a cross-country move, but would be welcome any time.

The customer service at this location is impeccable! Angel Knott helped my family and me out after discovering that my recently passed grandfather had 4 large storage boxes at this location. Angel made accommodations for us to go through the boxes and remove personal items and helped us connect with a local organization to donate the items we did not need. She made this extremely difficult time more bearable. Thank you, Angel!!

Great experience all around, I'd recommend.

After finding myself temporarily displaced around the new year, I was in desperate need of self-storage for my belongings. I went for this storage facility because it was the only one open/available and was pleasantly surprised by the facility, intuitive process, and friendly staff on each visit. Access hours of 5 AM to 10 PM are reasonable, indoor parking for loading/unloading made weather a non-issue, and having a second floor unit was no problem with the moving carts and elevator (including freight if needed).

Great climate controlled self storage. You can pull inside if weather bad and they have handcarts inside to use and elevators if unit on 2nd floor. Also has office sells moving & packing supplies and locks. You get a code to sign in & out unit. There is excellent security here. So glad we found it to store college students items over summer instead of dragging all that home.
