That’s Was one of the worse experience we ever had when we bring back the truck after couple hours of rent where we had drove probably no even 10 miles in total in the same city (Pasadena) where we rent the truck, the person in charge accused us to had bring back the truck with dirty on the bottom when that dirty was present already when we had got the truck and was visible on the pictures but instead to go and check on the pictures she was keeping accusing has for it and keeping said not metter what she was charging us with cleaning fee and she was keeping arguing with us like we were the one in the wrong way, the manager was not present so we left and ask for the call back from the manager later on he called with apologies because after look on the pictures he figured out the dirty was there before our rent but that didn’t change the fact on that day we been accused insistently from a completely unprofessional person , shame on you U-Haul this is the last time we will rent from you until you will better training your employees

The service was fast, I was in and out in five minutes with my U-Haul. Easy return.
