U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pasadena

I rented a moving truck for the day and I will never use U-Haul again. If you decide to use this place make sure to take photos of everything including the interior of the truck and any equipment in it, even though the check-in process doesn’t ask for it. This is so they can’t accuse you of taking equipment that they claim was stored in the back of the truck. I did not rent a dolly, however when I returned the truck, I was charged a missing dolly fee. I explained that I did not rent a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck when I used it, but woman over the phone was so rude and insisted that some broken seal on the dolly mount was proof that I took a dolly. The rental contract had no mention of a dolly either. I am not paying for their inability to keep track of their own inventory.
