U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pasadena

Everything was GREAT, but there was NO dolly available for rent, despite having it reserved (and paid for) two days in advance. Reason: they have 2 or 3 dollies and first come/first gets basis. Astonished bc this is a moving company. Of course, they DO have them for selling ... but not for rental ... LOL It made the day much harder

Dropping off the U-Hual truck was a breeze. It didn't take long to inspect and team members were friendly in assisting me. Happy overall!
