Jamar's customer service skills were awesome, made everything clear and understandable about the whole process and was very friendly!

The lady that checked me in was awesome! Great personality! Very customer service driven! My only complaint was my estimate on my receipt was $65. Cost for the safe move coverage was supposed to be $15.00 I rented a $19.99 10 foot in town truck.
My estimated charges when I left with the truck were about $65.00 and my estimate was about 25 miles.
When I received my actual receipt via email. My safe move coverage doubled from 15 to $30. And my rental charge doubled from $19.95 to $39.90. I returned the truck at the agreed upon time when I went to go inside and drop my key, a guy that was working hollered at me and told me to just drop it in the orange box and it would be taken care of. I made sure that my truck was filled back up to the exact amount of gas that had in it so I don’t see why I should’ve been charged any extra money. so my estimated bill was $65.70 and my actual payment that they took off my card was over $100 when I actually did everything I see the agreement and return the vehicle by 8 PM like they asked I think I was a couple minutes before because the door was still unlocked Not sure why my charges were doubled. I will not rent another one. . Or recommend this to anyone because it seems like false advertising.
