John is the worst in customer service. Said they were going to look into additional fees that were charged to my account after I returned the vehicle and just called to say I didn't read the fine print. Understand if I didn't specifically ask the associate specifically about the process to return. They told me to return in the way that I would be assessed more charges without telling me about the charges. Gross business practice
