U-Haul Moving & Storage of Piedmont Triad Airport

The car was battery was died, 12 AM I didn't know what I have to do. They did said anything about the battery.

Though the employees were friendly and fairly personable (primarily because they liked our car), they could have done better on the customer service aspect of the service in terms of making sure that customers know how things work there. They just told me the truck should be over on the hill and if not there, where it'd be. They didn't tell me how to find it, though, and unfortunately, I didn't ask until I was on the hill and had no idea how to find it and so had to call. Also, I wasn't clear on where the rental pads were as obviously, they were right next to the door, but I completely overlooked them! I know it was my lack of sleep, but it would have been helpful to have had them pointed out. There's just so much inside that it's a lot to take in and for someone overstimulated, it felt very difficult to focus on what I was supposed to do and where I was supposed to get things.
