U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pine Bluff

When I first moved to Star City I tried getting a uhaul and was given the run around by Memphis TN. Dispatch. I was sent to five location and Never got a container. I reserved a car trailer at the Pine Bluff location which I needed a day before and even went early and was able to get the trailer with no issues. I would do this location again and have informed friends moving here about them. 10 out of 10. As for Memphis TN. They still owe me my 50 for not providing my equipment at five locations.

All the staff at this location was super friendly and always willing to assist, as well as provide excellent customer service! I've always had a great experience when I've used this location.
