The customer service was good. The workers helped me pick the right equipment for my needs. The process was quick and easy. I would go back if I needed moving/storage services.

I made my reservation online the first time and then through the app the second time. Both systems were fairly easy to use and set up the reservation for the proper storage. I did two of the small pods which were decent in size and clean inside. They both had furniture pads inside, not sure if that was a promotion with the reservation I made or if they all come like that but they were definitely useful! The associates at the location were very helpful, patient, and quick! They have everything necessary to purchase if you plan to hitch the pod to your vehicle, which I did. Christiano was extremely helpful and gave pointers to make sure the process of pickup, driving with the pod on my vehicle, and drop off were as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this location!
