Friendly, expert service. Due to an emergency, I needed to push my reservation out one day and they were very accommodating. The move went without any trouble. The 20' Truck and Car Hauler were in excellent, clean working condition.

I wish I could give zero stars based off their poor management, rude, impatient workers mix with no sense of responsibility. Can’t even phone in without recording my own phone calls. This location, like most need major oversight.

I was told at the Schenectady location to leave a $100 cash deposit for a uhaul storage room. (10x25) Which I took back off the counter because they tried to process my transaction without a receipt. I’m not leaving a deposit on a storage unit without a receipt. After that a female associate tried to convince me to just head to my destination in Pittsfield and they would know everything when I got there. So many red flags. The two even got on the phone to call the location to continue the obvious lie. The male associate seem confused. It’s around 1240 on a Sunday. I was in the store for almost an hour. So I only reserved my 26 foot truck then she comes outside to say she needs my hundred dollars again. We walked back inside again that’s when she told us she already processed the order and it will make her draw short if we didn’t give her the hundred dollars. I’m literally sitting through this at this point it’s obvious. The gentleman there refunded my money and said he was gonna make a phone call to get it fixed it. so we loaded up the truck and headed to Pittsfield where they said they can’t give me the half off deal because the size I reserved is never available people usually never move back out of them. That’s exactly what I was told on a recorded line. I call the Pittsfield location at this point, I’m out here and now I have nowhere to put my stuff and I need to bring this rental back and it’s full. Long story short, I called Pittsfield and explained what happened. Spoke to a guy at the Pittsfield location, who said his name was Tomas and a CSR at around 5:21. I told him how I was lied to asked him if he could explain how the relations between him and traffic control worked because he was telling us we should call them after they told us we should call him at the Pittsfield location and that’s when he hung up on me. So I guess I pay more money now. They made me pick a star.

The staff was great, the storage facility is very clean, you can open the free lock packaging with your teeth, and it is eerily quiet like a graveyard for everyone's last-choice possessions. Highly recommended!
