I made a reservation online, went to the facility and picked up the truck. I used it to transport some items to a storage unit and returned it promptly. Everything went smoothly. The staff was great.

When we arrived we were given our key to the truck and told to walk the parking lot to go get our own truck. Even tho they have golf carts to get them and customers around the parking lot. We rented the truck which was a 15' 3 seater w seatbelt removed from middle seat. Puddle of water in passenger door. Filled gas tank according to their chart and was level at the gas station. Bring it to return on a hill where they had me parked and was charged for gas anyways. I used to be a lead supervisor at this location never did we have customers pulling trucks out of parallel parked cars with 3 in of room front and back and be like do it yourself after you find your own truck. Also the location was not busy to have been so lazy

Michael was very helpful. Rate was good and equipment was in great shape and clean.
