Friendly, informative reps at the store i rented it from in Newport news VA. Also, reps on the phone calls I made responding to couple texts from uhaul office also great customer service. Great added offers. I felt much better talking to all I spoke to regarding the rental. I was nervous about truck breaking down or such on the one way from Newport News VA to Plainfield NJ, they all made me feel better and not worry. I was so relieved that the one way 10' rental was a newer model and low mileage. Truck was enough for what I needed to move. Thanks so much

Excellent place to get a moving truck outside the store you may find a few guys you can hire to help you move. To be clear the guys that are willing to help you move near the business it’s not affiliated with U-Haul .
