Great customer service when dropping off and picking up.

I was late on my storage shed then I paid it up and I drove all the way from Illinois to Wisconsin to put stuff in my storage. Come to find out I get to my storage in Wisconsin and I have a lock still on my storage shed somebody wasn’t doing their job and I wasted $40 in gas coming to my storage when I couldn’t get into it even though it was paid off and then I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it other than take my lock off don’t reimburse my money for wasting gas cause I didn’t do the job.

Easy to work with, flexible with some tricky details on a local move. Imagine its very busy around college move dates, but otherwise its always been fast and efficient to ise this location.
