The staff was attentive and helpful, the vehicle worked as it should and the price was terrific!
I was very happy with the whole experience.

Made a reservation for a 10' truck. No issues. Got to the store and was told 'we don't have any 10' trucks'. I shouldn't have been able to reserve one then, or they should've told me that would be the case. They made it up by giving me a 15' truck at the same price, but it was much more difficult to maneuver, which is why I wanted the smaller one in the first place. The communication is incredibly poor. And their follow-up survey was incredibly disingenuous. Asked what I liked and then wanted just that posted to Google. Never asked if I had any issues or complaints. Well, here they are.

Moving is stressful in itself so when you are told you have to go ALL THE WAY DOWN to liberty avenue after scheduling your trailer pick-up in Jefferson, it’s very frustrating.

Furthermore, no one called me to let me know my hitch was ready. I dropped it off before my 8am, before my scheduled appointment and called around 3pm to be told it’s been ready. THEN, notified that I won’t be able to pick up my trailer from here.

However, my next door neighbor happens to be moving down to Florida and was given a trailer from this location, no problem.

Terrible all around. Might as well go down to Liberty Avenue since they’ll send you there last minute anyways.

Multiple vehicles in return line. But stated I would be charged if not returned to proper spot. Where else would you like us to park once return lane is full? On 51 to block traffic lane? Also returned my equipment on Friday (9/20) before closing. Not 1 worker came out to assist with return as stated on sign. They all were packing up to leave for the day.

The truck was an absolute piece of junk. Felt like the wheel was going to fall off from the second I got in, until the second I dropped it off. Was super unsafe to drive. The truck barely had brakes. Luckily no one pulled out infront of me. Couldn’t really go over 35 mph because I couldn’t steer the truck properly. Was way overcharged for the piece of junk of a truck I was given. Won’t be doing business with uhaul after this experience.
