Disappointing Experience and Unjust Charges with U-Haul Rental
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with U-Haul at this location I recently rented a moving truck from your facility, and unfortunately, the overall experience has left me dissatisfied.
To begin, I was charged a $50 cleaning fee, despite returning the truck in a clean condition with no visible trash. Additionally, there was a $51 charge for fuel, even though the actual cost of gas for my trip was only $20. I find these charges to be excessive and, quite frankly, unjustified.
Moreover, there were several other charges that brought the total to $238, which I believe is an unreasonable amount for a moving service. This experience has left me feeling misled and frustrated, especially considering the initial appeal of choosing U-Haul for my moving needs.
I must express my dissatisfaction with the service and the unexpected financial burden these charges have placed on me. It's disheartening to feel that I have been taken advantage of, especially after receiving numerous calls from your location that influenced my decision to choose U-Haul over another option in Dublin.
At this point, I am compelled to share my negative experience with others, and I am seriously reconsidering using U-Haul in the future. I believe in fair and transparent business practices, and unfortunately, my recent encounter with your company has not aligned with these principles.
In contrast, I have heard positive things about another rental service in Dublin that is conveniently located for me. Initially, I was considering their services, but the persistent calls from U-Haul swayed my decision. Now, I regret not choosing the alternative, especially given the issues I have encountered.
I hope you understand the impact this experience has had on my perception of U-Haul as a reliable and customer-oriented rental company. I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and consider reviewing the charges applied to my rental.
