BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! These guys are ridiculous, they damaged my brand new 2024 3-week-old car while installing a tow hitch. Had to take it to the dealer for repair and while being fixed at the dealer they notified me the hitch wasn't even installed correctly and couldn't pull a trailer. It gets better. The manager said the guy sucks on install they have had to fix a few, the lady that works there said she wouldn't trust them with her vehicle, what the? Now i have to go to corporate to get the hitch removed because I can't trust taking it back after the rude phone call they placed to me about it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU LIKE YOUR VEHICLE.

I rented a 4 ft x 8 ft enclosed trailer today on fairly short notice. The young couple working were extremely professional and helpful with the transaction. Then when the gentleman went out to hook up my trailer, he noticed that the electrical wiring for my hitch was not hooked up properly. I explained that U haul in Boise had done it for me a year ago and he shook his head and asked me to back my vehicle into his garage. In 15 minutes time, he had it corrected and didn't charge me for his service. I explained that when I picked it up from the U-Haul in Boise I told them it wasn't right and they said that's the way they always do it. I've been towing things since I was a kid over 50 years and I've had multiple U-Haul hitches attached to vehicles and had never seen a wiring setup like the one done in Boise last year. This gentleman repaired it and didn't charge me and was so polite and professional. I'm very impressed and appreciative of their help.

Update: After U-Haul apparently read this review they refunded the amount that I had been over charged and am happy to still have respect for this company and realize they can't control everything their employees do at the time. I will change the rating once again to the reputable company I had known them to be for multiple decades I've done business with them. END of UPDATE...I'll never rent from this company again as they charge extra fees that they do not tell you about and then try a turn it around on you that it's somehow your fault. No longer a reputable company.

Either way, super kind and accommodating. Helped make sure we had enough days on a trailer rental.
