The staff was amazing and super helpful! I had no idea what my storage needs truly were but Brittany and her staff helped me sort out exactly the right space for me! The young girl with the dreadlocks was so personable and happy and cheery it changed my whole outlook on my day! The stress of moving vanished after her sparkling personality was encountered she was extremely helpful and made everything go smoothly even after I fumbled and had to return with my wallet after forgetting it in the truck. Everyone was super patient with me and I will definitely be recommending this location to all of my family and friends and business contacts. Thank you for everything!

It was imperative that I get into my storage unit this evening. I arrived there at 10:02pm only to find out that my 24 HOUR STORAGE UNIT, closes at 10pm!!! Someone please Explain this to me. I only pay $200/month for 1 storage unit bc I THOUGHT IT WAS 24hrs!!!!

some one broke in too my storage unit, just mine! an I got a month of november storage unit cost for free an a new free lock to put on my storage unit door that after five days of viewing video surveillance footage saw nothing an got a mixed up police report number that dispatched me to the sister county of Pasco!
