The people that work here are the best …. However the U-Haul web sight has lead me astray.
The website listed the INSIDE length of the 5X8 foot trailer as being 8’8” so I went to pick up lumber for a building project
I had to strap boards to the top of my vehicle because they would not fit. When measured the inside length is 8 foot. Please update your website…

The sales attendant was the best. She was very good person enjoyed visiting with her also and renting from her. She was great and she seems like a really hard-working lady and she deserves a raise.

Made an appointment a month ago with details of my vehicle. Now I'm told they can't install the wiring system on a 2024 vehicle. And despite a written confirmation of the appointment time, they now told me it is 45 minutes later. Clown show. Avoid
