Very poor customer service..person behind the desk was extremely rude. There was a gentlemen trying to help my friend out that must have been new cause he had lots of. Questions which is fine. But this other guy next to him just couldnt keep his smart condescending voice to himself. He was rude to his coworker rude to my friend just flat out unpleasant and definitely needs to find his way in another line of work that isn't customer service. Fortunately the need for a uhall isnt often but going to this branch is ill advised. The truck was a joke . Radio didnt work the things engine sounded pretty rough.. was choking on fumes . This branch is in need of some leadership. And some education in how to handle a customer. My friend struggles with some things that most don't. The way this employee was to her was just so disrespectful. She was very upset . It's hard to support ., I will be finding other alternatives the next time the need arises
