Everything was excellent. Walked in unannounced and walked out within 10 minutes with the super clean vehicle to help with the sudden move. Return the vehicle and was out of there in 5 minutes. Everyone was excellent and I highly recommend the Poway U-Haul facility

Smooth process to rent, pick-up, and return a rental truck. All equipment was ready and on-time as scheduled. The staff was highly professional and answered all of my questions. The return process was as simple and straightforward as it can get. The location is very convenient to access.

Log into the app and have all your information input prior to entering because they are busy Saturday mornings. If you don’t the onsite manager will bark that at you anyway as he’s complaining under his breath about how busy he is. ??
