The best part? Toby! The man is doing it all by himself and killing it! Rentals in and out, storage, retail sales, questions, people lost and looking for directions... Toby is extremely polite...even one family who spoke no English (Korean, at that, so the communication was minimal gestures and hand signals) driving their massive box truck into the yard blocking the driveway and Poway Rd itself... and he just looked at me...and sighed, and shook his head...and said 'wow.' Toby remained calm, cool, collected and handled the line of customers like it was just another day. Toby is the man! He deserves a raise, U-haul Corporate! The trucks are in great shape, the grounds are well kept, the place is clean and safe. The location is convenient. Highly recommend, 10/10! ---J

First time renting a pick-up from here. Quick check-out, even faster check-in, professional and calm staff the whole way, and wonderfully convenient location next to some nice retail that the more shopper-inclined folks in the fam can hit. Will be back again.

It was simple and quick. The employee that helped us was very polite and accommodating. Everything on the truck was in working condition and clean. We had no issues to speak of. Been using U-Haul for years and will continue to do so. Although to never have the need would be ideal! LOL ?
