Everything was great! I’ve rented twice now from this location in the last couple months. Both times: the same two younger guys and one red headed gal were there at the location, check out was very simple and pleasant, truck was very well cleaned and drove great, return process was equally simple, and I received an email with an accurate bill. Kudos to the staff at this location and the company as a whole! Maybe start a frequent renter program, lol!

Rafael was friendly in phone and in person. Got me in and out quickly, just rented an appliance mover and they had a bunch. Thanks for being so nice and friendly

Went in there right now, waited 15 minutes before a worked finally came in, told him we need a truck. He told us to give him a second so he can clear the lot. He left and was gone for 45 minutes, and then came back and yelled at us because there’s only two people working and they can’t get the truck out (he could’ve just told us that when we got there instead of making us wait). He was very rude!

I gave this facility a 5 before when Robinson was managing it. Since he isn't here any more service has gone down. Staffing doesn't seem to match the busiest times like they did before.

I could also have access to my storage unit 24 hours. It now closes at 10 with no access until the next morning. There was no communication of the change.

Generally Uhaul needs to improve their app also.
