The lady with purple hair and no eyebrows was extremely rude to me when I was buying boxes. She could not find the part # for the bungee cords in the system to ring me up and after she went back and forth looking at the tag for the bungee I got she could not find them so she rang me up for ratchet straps the same price. But when I said half jokingly that she should not forget to tell her manager the part # for the product so they can fix the inventory in the system. She snapped back at me saying I know how to do my job. After that she got colder and colder with her speech and then she left to another room right after ringing me up not even weighting for me to leave.
