To be honest, so frustrated how this dude gave me customer service is an old guy that’s working in the front desk on December 9 please do something with this guy. He gave me bad customer service he told me to go somewhere else.

Walked in at 4:45(4:50). Asked for a storage with 2 months rent ready and the Employee on hand said it's too much for him to do right now. Have hada Storage here before. No tour needed just PROCESSING & he insisted that there was NO WAY.

I Have been renting trucks and storing with uhaul over the past 10 years .
The Manager Authur will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He has a great staff/crew George is also very helpful and been with the company for many years. I Give 5 star because I have never had any problems at the oxford providence location .
