U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pueblo West

Try to rent a 26 ft U-Haul truck for 8:00 in the morning on Saturday, they said they'd have it. Then they change the time to 9:00, didn't tell us. They didn't have it at 9:00 left, saw 26-footer going in on the road. Went back finally got it about 9:20. I have 50 people waiting to help him move what's an hour late. Terrible experience never going to use U-Haul again!

Completely Infested with rats. Stored my furniture and kids clothing here for three months and lost everything I own I put in here. No Assistance offered by the facility and the manager is extremely rude. This is an ongoing problem for them and I highly suggest you look for something Else if you value your things and want them back.

The owner is so sweet and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!!!
