Surprised by all the bad reviews, because this location was the most organized Uhaul location I’ve visited, with the best service by far. Truck was in good condition, the employee who checked me in gave detailed info and even called my emergency contact to confirm that they had the right number. Drop off was quick and easy. Anyone thinking this location is unfriendly or that their inventory is in bad shape would be aghast at the Uhauls in Providence, RI.
