U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pueblo

There comes a time when a U-Haul truck should be retired. The truck I rented had so many dents, dings and the engine definitely needed some attention but here I am driving it. The best part about it was, I was in town as this truck could not have made it more than a few miles. The Customer Service Manager did not do the walk around with me. He just handed me the keys and told me where the truck was. I did speak to an employee who was out in the parking lot about all the dings and dents and she told me they were noted already because they had X's on them. There were X's everywhere. Some of them were old and deteriorating and others you could see. The lack of detail, the condition of the equipment, and the lack of friendliness, I will not use this U-Haul again.

This was a bad experience. I was told one price then scammed out of more money when I went for the deposit back. Don't recommend go somewhere else.

Displeased I was not given the motorcycle trailer. I was under the impression I was given the motorcycle trailer however I was just given the ramp trailer. It did do the job. Thankfully after a long trip I was graced with just one day of rental. Overall the rental was good and uneventful.

Worst U haul I've ever been too, worse than the DMV!
