As far as renting a storage unit, it's five stars. Check in at 5 AM and out by 10 PM. Wheeled cargo carriers are available to use as well. Competitive pricing as well relative to what you get. Never have to worry about thieves trying to get into your storage.

Only giving this place a 1 star due to the moving company that was hired “Greater Select” ran by a Ryan, ended up breaking furniture then trying to dip out and not pay for the things that they broke, after saying he would. The place here that directly works for U-Haul were very helpful.

22 minutes hardly constitutes a day!

I called in to see about renting a pickup truck, I never got that far due the the person who answered the phone hanging up on me in the middle of my sentence.

BEWARE!! The franchise owner of this location will either leave off decals or deliberately remove snap on decals to claim pretend 'damages' then commit fraud by reaching into your bank account and remove whatever he feels like! He knows the police won't decayse o anything to help the customer, saying it's a civil matter. With most customers in the middle of moving, I'm certain he feels confident that there won't be consequences to his fraudulent theft. Unfortunately, he guessed wrong, because he ripped off my daughter, after his clerkwanted said she had returned the truck exactly how she had rented it! I am a mamabear, and I WILL be seeing him in court ASAP. What a chunk of garbage! So heads up, this guy's is trash! Nothing against the employees there, just the thief that stole money. Bet he left that decal off on purpose and needed some pocket money, and took it from a broke single mom.....2447 complaints settled by BBB, 641 in the last 12 months! How's that for character reference!
