Truck drivers be were of this location even don’t get boxes for queensbury ny I never se people like that in 34 years dealing with resiv/ shipping all over USA and Europe 9/14/2024 months check in 8.30 Am call 09.00 Am no one show up to 10.15 am I have to go round and find Girl in fron desk tell here I have delivery and thi trying to complain about it’s the only person in after coming to unload she’s find another issue for not working box not for this location go deliver they box in New Hampshire and come back so Drivers refuse box coming to this location

Where do I start the employees at this place are very unprofessional very rude and disrespectful they do not know the meaning of good customer service they need to be trained better I will never rent from u haul again it has been a nightmare with them they are not clear on how they work or how things are delivered I definitely made a report and formal complaint to the better business bureau just be cautious when renting with this company I should have to head to the other complaints on the reviews
