U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rapid City

Everyone was helpful and easy to interact with. The general manager, Bob, is great - he made sure one of my U-boxes was always waiting for me to pick up (to take home and unload) so I never had to wait.

These people are great! We reserved a 26' truck for a cross country move, picked it up with no hassle, had everything loaded up, then our moving plans changed. With a phone call, I was reassured that the truck would be taken back and converted to an in town rental, where I would pay for mileage and for each day of use. I returned it to the original location, where they gladly took it back with reassurance and understanding of the change in our plans.
