I have written bad reviews before, at worst I have rated places 3 stars but this is a deserved 1 at best and 0.5 if I could. Stay away from this Uhaul location at all costs, it is rated 3-stars at the time of me writing this review for a reason. Also, realize that Uhaul has a mileage charge, which is not disclosed to you at time of rental.

My experience goes... I came to rent a truck, associate was very moody, poorest of customer service and I'll leave it there. Upon returning the truck and reviewing the contract, I noticed that they misstated the mileage out of the truck. Thankfully I had taken some photos and videos, however despite my dispute of this with proof provided, they stood firm on this and have refused to refund. This was on top of the gas charge which I admit I returned with lower gas but not as low as they claimed I had done and a cleaning fee despite the back of the truck being clean according to their policy. A certain president of the region reached out via email and the lack of customer service etiquette was apparent and it is no wonder that this is reflected in their staff.

Oh, and when I referenced to the agent during my dispute that the location is rated 3 stars and this may infer something; response was 'oh, that's just google reviews.' Use my review as you see fit, good luck!
