If I could give negative 5 stars I would. So I rented a truck from this location for 7 days (completely paid for insurance and all). 2 days in, I get a call from Toni Dorr saying I needed to swap the truck out because the brakes were faulty. So I came in expecting too swap the truck out and after taking the keys…. she told me that she cannot rent too me because my brother has a truck out that wasn’t fully paid up and reported stolen (come to find out it was late by 2 days). I explained that we are two completely different people with 2 completely different agendas. It didn’t matter what I explained to her. She wasn’t having it. For no reason she had this condescending attitude. She said that I and everyone els in my family would never be able to rent again! I called multiple times throughout the next week trying to see if I was still on the DNR list and conveniently she wasn’t available. Today she answered and when I asked again if I was still unable to rent, straight off the bat she said “yes you still cannot rent” clearly without even looking. Come to find out that was all lies! I called another location and asked them too please run my information… they looked into it and like I though BOOM not on the DNR list. Also not too mention after speaking with my brother….. he told me that she is trying to charge over $3,200 for existing damages. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING SHE SAYS!!! I’ve rented from this location before (and others) with no issue and for her to lie and then pretty much leave me stranded there over something that had NOTHING to do with me is ridiculous!
