Very racist location; if you're black, please think about going somewhere else. Overall, the car was clean and in good condition, however my interaction with their staff wasn't very nice. When I first entered, I immediately felt unwelcome. The receptionist was not making an effort to make eye contact with me, she did not greet me, and she was not attempting to assist me. Instead, she was trying to take a picture of me for their policies without fully explaining why the picture is necessary. When I asked her to stop, she continued reading a string of words that made no sense. She then argued and glared, 'Do not talk to me.'Mam I’m only talking to you because you not supposed to take my picture without my permission,I literally had to retract myself and ask for a supervisor, when the so called supervisor came I explained the situation, he said “she is prettY great, to me , she has a bunch of good reviews” He didn’t care about until I said “is is because I’m black” Now they seem to care. If you can ,don’t go there it’s not worth it.

Hey guys today is the 3rd day in past two weeks i am coming here and I haven't seen no customer service like this anywhere in us this general manager Patrick No where near tryna help with anything with the customers absolutely horrible

We had a trailer hitch installed at this location. The install was scheduled at 10am and they finished around 5pm. I feel like that is an unreasonable amount of time to install a hitch on a 2017 SUV. The car was also not put back together completely when done.
