The employees are very nice and busy but the manager she is so annoying and upset all the time.

I would give location 5 stars for the assistance from the ladies at location, I would also give the lady and mechanic who assistance us 5 stars how ever the wait time I would drop to 1 star we waited almost 2 hours for a tire change and the ironic thing is he came from 90 minutes away from where we started from

I am still trying to figure out why you had 4 tow trailers and one trailer and you would not rent them for one way ... My car was broke down 2 1/2 hours away from home ! I would have paid extra ... That's ok ... You will never get my business again nor will I recommend you to anyone and let everyone in my life know how you would have left me stranded . It's a shame I have used your company multiple times for moving and always had one way drop off . I will find any other way to never use you again !!

If you are looking for the best service from Uhaul storage and rentals, make your way down to 1647 N. 5th St. in Reading, PA. The staff there are very helpful, knowledgeable, and what they do not know they will make it their priority to find out the information that you need to help you as best as possible. Not just give you personal opinions on what you should’ve done besides helping you! I would not be able to provide this positive review about the staff there without acknowledging the general manager, which I consider store leader in better words! With my first experience in Reading Uhaul storage when I am actually originally From Philly Shanna made me and my family travel experience super easy with storing our things! Even if we were confused or unaware some things she made sure that She assisted us above and beyond with also Remaining professional! I’m not really a people person myself, but talking and dealing with her on the phone and or in person she made me want to move again lol BECAUSE LORD KNOWS there isn’t people like her Nowadays!
