U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rexburg

I’ve been to many locations (Sanford, ME | Augusta, ME | Hyannis, MA | Orlando, FL | Sacramento, CA | Herriman, UT to name a few) This was the cleanest, most well organized. I have ordered boxes for pick up in other locations; this was the first to have to order ready for me as most others will put the boxes together when you go to pick up. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced. I was acknowledged upon entry at this facility and asked 1000 what else they could do for me. They were all amazing! Every single one of them! I am blown away and never take the time to leave feedback but this was such an awesome experience that I am really compelled. This was the Disney world of uhauls. Thank you!

Brandy was above and beyond EXCEPTIONAL with her kindness and service! I can’t recommend her enough and her help. So thankful for this experience and that Uhaul has amazing people like her!

It was convenient, as we were able to move everything in one trip with the big truck and all over our things were covered with the weather being mediocre.
The truck that we got rented, was a bit beaten up and had trouble shifting.
Thankfully we were only moving in town, if we had to go out of town or on the highway I think the truck would have struggled.
Unfortunately when we went to replenish that fuel we had used the gas gage did not reset correctly and we ended up filling the truck to full and UHAUL was not nice to work with, to get a credit back for that.
The rep that helped us, said they couldn't do anything about it and would leave a not for their store manager to give us a call, over a week later and we never heard anything back from them.

I walked in and the facility was nice and neat .I wàs helped promptly and I was on my way.
